For members using Windows XP, the Web Publishing Wizard is a great way to upload large numbers of media files from your computer
(the wizard currently uploads .jpg's only).
In Windows XP Explorer just select the files or folder you'd like to upload, and press the "Publish to the Web" command.
Follow these steps to install it.

Using the Windows XP Web Publisher
By using this publishing wizard to upload media, you represent that you own all copyrights to the media or have express permission from the copyright owner(s) to upload it.
Install the Windows XP Web Publisher for Internet Explorer
Step 1:
Click this
webpublishingwizard.reg
registry file and run it.
Step 2:
Answer 'Yes' when asked if you want to add this information to your registry.
The Web Publisher is now installed, continue to Using the Windows XP Web Publisher

Step 1:

registry file and download it to your computer.
Step 2:
After it is downloaded, double-click the webpublishingwizard.reg icon on your Desktop, or run it from the FireFox Download Manager.
Step 3:
Answer 'Yes' when asked if you want to add this information to your registry.

Using the Windows XP Web Publisher
Step 1:
Go to any folder of photos you would like to upload (jpg's only).
The Web Publishing Wizard allows you to select a single folder or any number of individual photos inside a folder.
Choose the "Publish the selected items to the Web" task.
(If you see a list of folders rather than the commands pictured below, close the "folders pane" by clicking the [x] button in the top-right)
Step 2:
The Web Publishing Wizard opens. Click 'Next' to begin.
Step 3:
Select Share as your publishing destination.
Step 4:
Sign in with your User ID and password if necessary.
Step 5:
Select the channel (or my media) where you would like to upload your photos.
Step 6:
Review the space required for your upload.
Step 7:
To conserve space in your Share account, you may wish to resize your photos to one of the smaller sizes listed below.
(Note that resizing your photos will discard any associated EXIF or IPTIC metadata.
If you wish to preserve your photos' metadata, you should not use this resizing option.)
Step 8:
The upload process will start. Wait for it to complete before proceeding or you
can cancel the upload if you need to.
Step 9:
After the upload is completed, click "Finish" to close the wizard.
Step 10:
share.ovi.com will open and you will see a preview of the photos you just uploaded. You can add addtional information like titles, subjects, kewords, locations.
